Therefore the management of traceability and re-traceability is performed by means of a completely computerized system.

lavorazione_commercio_carniThe traceability system in use in the company also allows for maximum customer satisfaction, using the level of segregation of the individual animal from the lots and the traceability code of the animal ear tag.

The different cuts are each provided with a label complete with all the information required by law.
